 Spicy Green Chile Avocado Hummus-

Saganaki Cheese-

Kefalograviera, a Greek Sheep's milk cheese, seared in olive oil, flamed with ouzo and then put out with freshly squeezed lemon.

Pair with our Boutari Moschifilero

Entrée

Shrimp Fettuccini Stew -

A flavorful homemade tomato & Shrimp stew, tossed with Fettuccini noodles, and topped with our Greek Cheese blend, and a splash of Olive Oil.  Served with grilled Garlic Bread, a perfect meal!!

Pair with our Joel Gott Sauvignon Blanc

Grilled Cyprus Salad-

Grilled Halloumi (Cypriot Cheese), grilled mushrooms, grilled olives, caramelized onions, and fresh tomatoes, tossed with mixed greens that have been dressed in our Tzatziki Vinaigrette.  We are finishing this salad with a sprinkling of Feta Cheese and some fresh pitta bread!

 Pair with our Francis Coppola Pinot Noir
